I felt great today. I was worried that I would be miserable with the sore throat I had, but once I got started I felt pretty good.

I had my Glee Soundtrack workout mix to keep me company today. Also two really amusing squirrels fighting over a pine cone in the backyard.
Knee still hurts. I should probably see someone about that...
Honestly, I felt like barfing the entire time and I think I might be getting sick. Was hoping to do 30 minutes today but I was lucky I made it 20.
Knee and hip were on fire today... must be the weather.
Did workout #1 on the machine. Not too hard but still a good sweat.
I am trying to get back up to 40 minutes and hopefully it won't take too long.
I was out of town for two weeks and was away from my elliptical.

I did 40 minutes at my own pace today with a resistance level of 6. My knee and hip were killing me after my run yesterday (arthritis) and I figured I had better not do anything too strenuous.

I did a run/walk today. I ran about half of the time that I was on the treadmill doing four minute bursts, with a cool-down and warm-up.

Felt great today!
New setting. Resistance levels varying from 4 to 16 up and down in a stair step pattern. It was fun!
