This 5K was seriously the best run I have done so far. They did a tribute with bagpipes right before we started, I cried. We had flyby's. There were Firemen in full gear running in a group. There were units from ALL of the military branches running and yelling. There were people wearing commemorative shirts for all those lost in the last decade in the US and overseas.

I am so glad we did this run, it was the best way to remember the sacrifices made due to the actions that occurred on 9/11/01.
