      We are good. I noticed you finished your marathon and now are on to your Olympic. Have you done a sprint yet? I'm so excited for you. I did my first sprint (daybreak) and it is so fun. Such a nice distance.

      I'm glad your family is doing well. I'm excited to do the Spudman in July. I've done a couple of sprint TRI's and I really wanted to do Olympic distance. I love the bike ride, running I can do Swimming I'm not that strong at. I would like to do a half Ironman one day.

      I've heard good things about the Spudman, especially the swim. Going with the current. We've been wanting to do that one. You'll have to give me all of the details! Sounds as though you are getting some good training in!

      Yay for bike ridding season. What a fast ride for your first. You are just so strong like that. I'm doing a couple of easy rides trying to keep my legs fresh for the Ogden marathon. Once Ogden is over look out I'm going to be on the bike as much as I can.
