Week four, day two of the 16-week marathon training.

Missed running the 3 miles on Monday...had other plans and was unable to work in a run. Did 5 today...but it was a hard 5, outside. My legs never let loose, and I just had problems. Going to call doctor today to see if I cannot get the tightness and issues resolved.
