So very happy that I am able to walk down the stairs today. the first time i put 13 on my legs I couldn't walk down the stairs. had to sit and go down that way and I was concerned that each time I added more miles that would happen. ahhhh the little things :)


Great! Soon you will be running a half or more every weekend and recovery will be much shorter!
