great This is the only week 8.7 mi

My pansy ass is counting these miles. I walked over 8 miles at my job today, that's substantial enough for me to count. Now to go for a "run" and see what transpires.

Whew. You are one tough hombre. I didn't realize you had that much trouble out there, especially after the performance you put in coming out of Gap 2. Friend, I will forever remember working with you to get up Jawbone and your advice to get to Crisman by 9. It got me in under 30. Thank you.

I can't commit to saying yes or no on OD just yet. My brain is not fried anymore, my legs are fine, but my feet got shredded and I have tons of blisters on them. I won't know till the end of this week if this is feasible or not.

Yeah occasionally the dog will run a 9:30 mile with a poop in the grassy median. But on occasion she'll also sprint out of the house at a 5 minute pace, like right out the door, and if we don't see squirrels, this is the mile split we get normally
