      The important part is doing it. Do you keep any other kind of log? I wouldn't know where I was if I didn't record all of my workouts.

      ryan - i've been following the same kind of pattern with my workouts all summer so i've gotten used to the schedule :) i really do prefer to log everything though lol

    time to get a little intense...adding cardio in 6 times per week instead of just 3.

    took a little longer breaks between sets to be sure that i was lifting as heavy as is possible for me. was able to increase most of the weight from my last upper body session.

    i used one of the pre-programmed interval workouts...didn't feel as hard as my usual routine but i figured it would be a good idea to do something a little different.
