Elliptical: Warm up for 8-10 min in zone 2. 5 X 8 min in zone 4. 2 minute recovery between each. Cool down.

Could tell I've not been consistent lately. Good workout, nonetheless. I only did 4 of the intervals since I only had an hour. Instead, I did 2 x 3-minute zone 5 surges over the last 10 minutes.
