    Could tell I've not been consistent lately. Good workout, nonetheless. I only did 4 of the intervals since I only had an hour. Instead, I did 2 x 3-minute zone 5 surges over the last 10 minutes.

      Nice lipty work Ian. I use the running elliptical and vary resistance and speed to one keep it interesting and two work in different heart rate ranges. It seems to help keep my cardio conditioning up.

      Thanks, guys. Barb-- I have some pretty bad ankle problems I found out about a few weeks ago. I got a brace on Monday and have been figuring out when and how to use it. It's one of those fancy velcro straps and laces deals.
