I went to the gym planning to run and started with a 5 minute walking warm up. But I just didn't seem to have a run in me today. And I decided that it was more important to do something, than to be picky about what I do. I am still definitely dealing with some jet lag from my flight over. And I spent the weekend walking all over town, so I haven't been hideously sedentary. Was a nice little ride on the bike. Did an interval routine to keep it interesting and listened to a recording of Paula Poundstone that made me laugh. I'll try the treadmill again tomorrow and see if a good night of sleep brings an improved attitude.
