This was my first attempt at a run in ages. I took it slow and easy... doing intervals. Started with 4 min run/1 min walk but found my heart rate was staying too high so went to 3 min run/2 min walk after the first two intervals. 5.0/3.8 pace Felt good to run again but I am really, really out of shape.
