      Awesome picture. It looks like you guys are having a great time. Any of you doing the Pittsburgh Half or Full marathon in May? I'm thinking about it.

  13. I've decided pain is word only to be related to injury. All other forms of training & racing pain are now to be referred to as "speed" #mentaltraining #everyday :)

    About one hour total of strength and core work between my PT appt for my hip, which is doing great, and about 15min of pushups, planks, & butterflies at home.
