Okey dokey ... found the EDIT button. Corrected from Walk to Cycle. Anyway, Wari after a couple of weeks riding I found out cycling uses different sets of muscles, so I'll be walking/jogging in between rides. But now since my heel still hurts from plantar fasciitis, I'll ride more.
