The run itself was fun but the lack of waterstation at the finishing line was bad. reall need water at the end of the run. Plus, I did not get my finisher medal and goodie bag :(

the route the leader took the group last night was a little hilly but the climb was not that steep, long gradual incline. Quite manageable.

Yeah, cycling uses different sets of muscles, and can help with running/jogging, and the improvement curve is quite fast too.

A short 3km walk around the neighbourhood before dinner. The evening was quite cool after the afternoon downpour. The only drawback is the water puddles. Reached home with a pair of soaking shoes.

alright Taman Bukit Mulia 5.31 km 00:55 16:45 pace
slight drizzle but went ahead with my morning walk. Stopped short just after 5km after feeling larger water droplets hit my face. Now, the sky is still cloudy but no rain.
