Well after being off the wagon for a month and then a couple weeks before that, I am back on the wagon. It was a rude awakening though. I lost a bunch of the stamina I had built up. I only ran half of this. Back to the air thing not the rest of my body. The rest of it was just fine. Well, at least I am back in the wagon. Please encourage me to stay there. We are making some other significant changes to our overall diet this year and I am REALLY watching portions. The dietary changes are really scaling down on the carbs and sugars. I love my fruits and veggies but I think I have way too many carbs. Ok, so that was my confession and a shout out that I am back on the wagon. Encouragement welcome!!
