A bit chilly this morning and I woke up late so I didn't get my 3+ miles in but hey, I ran right?! Already looking forward to kicking butt on Thursday. I want to try and see if I can get up to running a 5 mile route at least by next week. I can successfully do 3. Now it's time to get out of my comfort zone! Now I am off to pick and can grape juice with my mother. Have a super day you all!
