I hope that one day, I will actually be super excited to wake up at 5 to go running! It's getting colder so staying in a warm bed sounds nice. My body needs me to get up and going so I do it! Yesterday my body said to rest but this morning I knew it was time to run! I always have to run for a bit before the drive kicks in. Once it does though, I love it! I was still slow and steady but I didn't stop. I even did it faster than my usual. So glad I got up and went out. Now I am trying to decide if I do Zumba too. We are going camping tonight so I don't know. We'll see!
