Well this morning I just chose to walk the first mile or so and then lightly jog on the way back. I was too busy chatting this morning with the other women. I will go full force on Thursday. No excuses! It was still good to get out and workout. It almost ALWAYS makes me feel better!!


There are days that walking is the best we can do!
