Again, I didn't want to get up this morning but I did! Yay me! I didn't run the whole time. I would say about 3/4. I stopped a few times because I was just plain tired. Not from running but just tired. I should have something in the morning that gives me some energy but not too much to make me sick. Anyhow, I am glad I did it, it's over now and I am going to take a nap for an hour or so. Nighty night! :-)


I usually eat a yogurt or granola bar before I run. Today I had Rice Krispies. :)
