Surprised that I went further than I have before.I was excited to get out an run again since we had the flu. Right off the bat, I was back to that breathing issue again. Normally, I would have stopped and walked. My new motto is just to slow down and not stop. I got my second wind and decided to push myself to go even farther. I went about 3/4 mile longer than I have before. I want to run a 10K soon!
