Wogged (aka walking with alittle hop to it! LOL) again with Big Boy Running. Tonight was a milestone for me! I wogged the WHOLE time. It felt like the good ole' Illinois days when I finally made it wogging a 5K without stopping. I think I just may have literally finally KICKED this altitude in the BUTT! I am on a high and proud that I didn't stop at all! WOOT! Now let's see if I can kick butt at aerobics tomorrow! :-)
