After 4 days off from running, I finally got back out there. I can't see how to change the route. I think I may have missed something. I wogged further than I did last Saturday and it said 2.6 vs the other similar run but shorter that I just mapped at 2.79. Let's just say it is probably 2.9ish LOL.This time was better. I ran in the evening which=MUCH COOLER and I felt better overall. I should have tracked how much I walked vs wogged. I think I wogged about 3/4 of it. I wogged a stretch for about 15 minutes and also wogged the rest of the way home from one point without stopping which was about 15 minutes again. I feel I am getting used to the altitude more. We are thinking of doing a fun family run night on Monday. The regisration was closed but we emailed to see if we can still get in. I think that would be alot of fun!!
