  6. I had a Cold this week,didnt feel like doin nothing, i still manage to work out and lost 4 lbs..(I ate really less:) 3 lbs away from being in the 180's im 5'11 also..lol YIPPIE!!!

  8. is 1400 calories a good intake?? I guess it depends huh..how many calories do u eat daily if u count them..lol

  12. kinda fell of track last week.grrrr....gained a few lbs :-( But starting over..cuz I know what I want and thats to be healthy and more energy!!! Plus being a few size's smaller...lol

  14. found this site called couch25k and its helping me train 4 my first 5k this yr..I got the app on my ipod touch and it tells me when 2 run for 90 sec and walk 120 sec..its so cool..lol

  15. just did 300 jumping jacks..I set new goal and I reached it----> Biggest Loser has me inspired!!!

  16. decided not to go with Insanity..not in my budget :(...but I got a bycycle and Im gonna go riding every morn since the weather in nice...
