    Treadmill run. 15 mins at 7km level. 30 mins at 10km level. Last 15 minutes at 7km level with my shoes off. Going to try to incorporate more barefoot-esque running to strengthen my foot muscles.

    Ran from home to Wudaokou after work. Met Jason and Bret for pizza and beers at Redhouse. Cheap 5rmb pints. Bit sweaty and cold... but a good way to end the first week of hour runs...

    Evening run on the trail from home to the Birds Nest and along the canal. Stopped at the ATM on the way back to grab some cash. Kind of fun running an errand.

    Same run as yesterday. Little shorter. Morning run. Took a few photos. iPhone will shut down because of the cold on some of these runs.

    First run down the canal that parallels the Birds Nest and Olympic Green. Interesting run. A little bit of trail/ off pavement running too! Night time run. Cold!

    Running outside in the cold. Enjoyed a clearer day around the Forest Park. Afternoon run. End of the Christmas holiday.

    Treadmill run. First of 2013. Not bad... bit boring. Found a consistent treadmill after spending time on a non-functioning one... Good alternative to running outside in the cold.

    Cold, night run after a day snowboarding up at Nanshan Ski resort. Definitely tired but this was day two of my goal for 2013. An hour of running a day, every day.

    First run of the New Year. Cool weather, 27 degrees F. Really windy but had a blast getting out there and starting strong. Lot of snow still in the park.
