    somehow this was more tiring than just jumping in and swimming 1600m with no rests.

    First trail run in Nacogdoches in FOREVER. Seems the weather is always working against me, but today it was perfect.

    Nice spring time weather run with Amy and Chrissy (our adventure racing team! PINK WHISKEY!). I need to run at least every other day, no matter how far, otherwise my knees ache when i run.

    3 sets of 400 meters. Still tough, but noticeably easier. Early morning swims are surreal.

    Not sure about the time - i jumped on a treadmill right after a girl jumped off and hit go. The time carried over from her walk, but I had run a few minutes on another. I don't think I got a full hour in, so don't use this workout in a court case.

    First swim in months! 2 sets of 400 m, tough! Katie and I taught Chrissy how to swim though (freestyle), and the speed with which she picked it up was pretty exciting.

    Hello bicycle, been a while. First exercise since the marathon, only ride I'll get before the duathlon this weekend. Beautiful day, but my cycling stamina is totally gone. I am a turtle.
