    good 15 mi

Calves balled up at the 2.5 mile mark, pushed through to tick off the long run. Pain now equals a better experience on marathon day. This run was actually on Sunday (10/3/10).

Way to go, Nathan. That's a fast pace. How'd you find Indian food in Tyler?

There's one place, it was okay, but not great - Namaste Bombay. I google-mapped "Indian" and hoped for the best!
