    It was a beautiful day to jog. I originally set out to do a 3.1 mile run but I pushed myself to go further and was able to complete a 4.24 mile run.

    It was a nice day for jogging. I had rested yesterday and so I think this helped in me getting 4 miles in today. All-in-all, I felt good. I ran at an Irvin pace the whole time.
