    Was going to the Gym for an Early morning Treadmill run but couldnt really get in sync with the treadmill so did some weights instead

    Pushed myself up the Hill this time, no walking. Shin splint is getting better.

    Felt great. This track had some big hills (biggest hill in town) so had to walk 500 metres up that one. Had a small ache in my knee, hopefully this is nothing serious

    Started the run with REALLY sore legs from a work out I did yesterday. Did some interval runs but legs were killing me
