    Great! The first half was done with my 1 year old Miniature Australian Shepherd Matteo. He did pretty good he keeps a 10 minute pace. The second half I did by myself!

    Pretty hard slow run today. No pain just dealing with ALOT of humidity and a long time off from running. Forgot how wonderful it feels to run! Glad to be outside.
