      I just did 20 too. Are you doing anymore long runs? I am wondering what to before the marathon. (I am kind of following a marathon training guide, but did the 20 a week early)

      Thanks Jen! Yep getting ready for Utah Valley. Andy's family is almost all participating in either the full, half or 10k. I'd love to see you there for sure.
