Was able to log a couple sub 7's just to stretch the legs and the rest of this I just slowed down and let the mileage creep up, no goal today. The good thing is I felt I could have logged that pace longer, I'll stretch em out again Sunday and see what happens.

I'd rather run slow to save the energy for days I can push it. I wasn't feeling the fast pace on Thursday so glad you let me pace it slow.
