woke up at 3am, fed the baby, then instead of going to bed... went downstairs and worked my Chest, shoulders, triceps, and abs. This was supposed to be yesterday's workout, but momma had a rough day yesterday so I got full quality time with my son yesterday evening. A wonderful trade off.

After work I plan on going for a run just to get "today's" workout in as well.
