I've been suffering from Achilles tendonitis for two years now. I'm easing myself into running once again. My goal is to stay active/fit for health reasons.

Lets were still really stiff from my previous run. Wife forced me to go out... so glad she did... felt great once I got my legs going!
There usually isnt a run you will ever regret.. (well unless you get injured)!

had a rough day at work... really pushed myself working arms, shoulders, and abs... gonna be sore the next couple of days!
even though I was exhausted, I managed to shatter my last run by about 1 min 30 seconds.
Pretty good for a guy who just started running again 2 months ago :)

shaved off 51 seconds off my best 5k this year. My goal is to get to 25 min later this summer
woke up very sore... I think it was the varied squats that did it... my ahem... lower back is killing me!
