    At every .25 mile I alternated doing 10 push-ups or 10 squats for a total of 100 push-ups and 100 squats with my 5k. Great workout!

    Damn it feels good to lift again!! My right hammy felt a little sore but I pushed through it. Hopefully a run tomorrow wi stretch it out.
