    Nice easy pace today after riding all weekend... My third fall off the bike... Sometimes you really feel stupid!!! Oh well, I had fun... Great ending of the weekend thanks Laurie....

      Nice, steady 16 mile run on Saturday. Started out with a big group, then Eudair and I for the return trip. I felt honored at the start of the run because Mike told me to set the pace, maybe the slower start idea is catching on!
