    Good workout. Increased the intensity... too much! Program had my resistance at 18 and 17 mph? Not quite yet! Had to back it off a bit, then no problem.

      You're so right about this. I'm amazed how moody and yucky I feel after junk food now. Its kind of a bummer - I want my doritos & soda! - but its great to see how much better we feel now!
