    Had so much fun with the flippers only let myself use them for 400 in a sort of drill fashion. The morning gang at the Y isn't much for big wakes so I had to keep it calm.

    Did the second one without stopping, too, only there was a break between the two.

      Way to go. Very exciting. You will have good days and bad days....don't get discouraged! I have been sick for the last 4 days. I can't wait to get better and run and ride and swim again!

    Ladders in the pool for 1/2 mile, run (little walking, no stopping) 30 min, spin about 15 min then core work. Ug, but wow, I'm still alive. Going to combine the run/swim miles.
