Thanks Jocelyn! Hope your achilles behaves itself too! Actually I am hopeful that some of this is tight muscles that Matt massaged pretty vigorously yesterday (Friday.) in combination with lots of long runs and maybe need to tweak the shoe inserts. Felt good on the treadmill today, though so that is good and felt good after the run.
