@Nancy M it was an interesting experience!! when they told me i'd go to 50% of my body weight on the "rack" i was concerned that i would be pulled in two!! but at the end it was all good.

Yep, I am...it requires patience but for me has been a great way to go. I would suggest they look up Phil Maffetone on the web. He has books on it and we have used his reasoning in our training.
