First 600m swim. Really tired. Counted my strokes. 36 strokes for 25m. That's absolutely horrible. Had a lot of negative thoughts going through me during this swim. Frustrated. Only did 30 out of 35 minutes bc had to pick up daughter from child watch


Well done for increasing your distance. Boot those thoughts out of your head. You are a strong athlete with determination to complete what you set out to do. Remember to reach long and pull through then glide a little with each stroke.
