#dailymission Are you training to get faster? If so, how? -My last marathon I trained using the "Run less Run Faster" program. I was a bit skeptical at the claims, but I went with it anyway, and ended up PRing and breaking the 4 hour mark with a 3:59:14 finish, 15 min faster than my previous PR. This time around, I'm using the same training program, but also incorporating more cross training as I start to go into the triathlon realm. The marathon coming up is hot and somewhat hilly, so I'm not expecting a 4 hour finish by any means- but slowly but surely my eyes are on Boston. Maybe 5 more years ;) I've got 20 minutes to shave off my best time.
