    I've been doing abt 10 min of Yoga at home for the last few days-trying to learn how to relax. Even though it's felt like a light workout, I didn't even think about posting it!

      I don't think so. Just staying off of it. They wanted to put me in a cast early this year but that's impossible with a toddler and a husband deployed. =P

      Because of my calf issues, I'm giving myself the rest of the year off (minus swimming and coaching) I'm already signed up for an Olympic distance tri next May. I want to get more open water swimming under my belt, AND I need to buy a bike. I'm hooked! :)
