    Damn hot and my hydration belt didn't help the situation. I seriously need to stop running during the hottest part of the day. I never run at my best during this time because it's so freaking hot.

    Running felt good - trying to push myself with my pace. Currently, I'm at 9:15 pace but I would really like to get below 9 minutes. I'm working hard so hopefully it will pay off eventually. :)
