great russian gulch (falls loop trail, and north trail) 7.74 mi 01:20 10:20 pace

First trail run since the AR50. Was good to be back running on trails, and these were some great trails! The waterfall was beautiful. The light and time of day was perfect. And there was some good challenging hills to get the burn on. Took a short dip in the ocean near the end. Such a nice looking little beach... Very nice run!
