      the test will come tomorrow when you try to get out of bed and start walking on it. trail was a bit crowded in spots today with the familys out on bikes.

    Sunny run from about mid day. Bit on the warm side but not bad. Did a short one cause plan on running the rail trail tomorrow. Pleasant and there was still shade in most of the run.

    Steady out and back to get the legs moving.. Missed the big raindrops but that was good. Roads were soggy and about 52 degrees. Didn't push real hard but kept it comfortable.

    A nice run in the sun. Was a good day for it. Bit breezy and blustery. Tried out a couple new toys.. Runkeeper works pretty good with the Peeble watch... Just need to keep a good charge on the toys..
