Another run with bru. He left his mark in a few places.. Last run with him. RIght knee hurt (side he was on) after the run for the rest of the day. He kept forcing me out of my planned pace.

running with a dog that doesn't have the idea down of running sucks. ive broken in jens dog into it but he still cant go the distance. people would think i was abusing him when we first started cause he wanted to check everything out and piss on everything and i just had to yank him away and drag him when he was beat. but your dog is Einstein smart so im sure hes figuring out ways to rob pets stores while you run by them.

LOL. I'll start breaking him in for it. He didn't show any signs of being tired after the morning jog. I'll try to do part of the Couch to 5k and see how he handles it. If he can't do it then i'll do the C2 5K program and then take him out and break him in at a different pace so it doesn't mess me up. I measured Stef last night for those shoes so she can run with me/bru and see if it helps her. I sent her a link for barefoot running so she doesn't get a big surprise between them and regular shoes.
