    Tried to really push my time- good run, had to switch to other side of road because of uneven surfaces was making my right shin hurt- once I switched all was right with the run!

      Don't you love that a 3.7 mile run is a nice, quick run. A year ago I thought a 3.7 mile run was a few yards past a marathon.

    Loved my new Brooks Pure Flow shoes- no shin issues, but the heat was a killer- so glad I didn't keep time- I know it wasn't good, but just no energy from the heat.
