    Pretty much ran the whole time which Im pretty proud of. Also got in 75 squats, 15 situps, 35 second plank and 35 russian twists

    Ran with Marin in the Jogger. Had to sing soft kitty for the last 1/2 mile. Also stopped to pee at GE.

    Pretty good. No Map to add because I ran though the park. My calves are so tight lately....I guess I need to make sure I stretch and maybe get some shoeless workouts in.

    So when we moved into this house we wondered where all of the trick or treaters were our first halloween. Tonight I found them....holy batman, Batman!

    I was a little tight the whole time but I think thats because I was running a little above my pace and a lot of this is pretty steep downhills followed by mile long gradual climbs.

      Sounds like a good hilly run. Hope your legs loosen up from that tightness.
