good Body Pump 01:00

I did my 2nd Body Pump class in like 2 months and man.did.i.feel.it!!!!!! WOW. I skipped parts of the warm up and cool down as well as lunges, squats and parts of the back track. I did do all of the abs, tris, bis, and chest. My back hurt while we were doing it - I focused on keeping my abs tight, but it still hurt . . . . that pain contineud and KILLED me during my 2 mile (had hoped to do 4 miles) run later.
