OMG this was the MOST horrible non-run run ever!!! My lower back was SCERAMING at me the entire time. I stopped 5 times to stretch (like 30 seconds each stop) and finally stopped for 5-10 minutes to seriously stretch on a park bench - that helped, but about 1/4 mile later my left hip started hurting like it did ALL of April and May - goddangit!!!!!!!!!! WHY OH WHY!!!!!! In good news, my ankle was awesome - no pain during or after and the swelling later in the day wasn't any worse than usual.
