good SIT final session group walk 2.2 mi

My longest walk since one month ago, to the day, when I fell. It was my training group's final session and per the plan, we all took a nice leisurely stroll along one of the most scenic paths in our community. My ankle was pain free for 3/4 of the walk and then it probably only got to a 4/10 pain toward the end. It was picture perfect weather.
