great Spring Into Trainign week 2 1.3 mi

It's week 2 of the training program I'm coordinating. There were 2 groups - walkers and interval users. I did a 3/4 mile with the interval group and the rest with the walkers. I'm SO proud of the participants this year - they are bringing their A game for sure!
